Frequently asked questions
I live in Russia / CIS. Is the time zone a problem?
No. I offer lessons in different time slots that work for Europe, Russia and CIS time zones.
Do I need to know any Portuguese before starting?
No. I teach from complete beginners. We start with the basics and quickly move to practical language for your daily life in Brazil.
What language do you use to explain?
Mainly English, always considering typical mistakes of Russian speakers and comparing structures. When it helps — especially for beginners — I can also explain in Russian.
How long is each class?
A standard class lasts 60 minutes. For intensive preparation, we can adapt the duration.
How can I pay from Russia / CIS?
I accept international payments through several methods. We'll discuss the most convenient option for you once we've scheduled your first class.
Do you give homework?
Optional. I recommend short exercises and vocabulary review between lessons to make faster progress.
